This is by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life up to now. I sob daily. I worry about my future. I worry about Jason. It's almost unbearable. Only those who have divorced know what I'm talking about.
I keep on keeping on, trying to find a job, reading my scriptures and other good books, playing with the dogs. The words "oh, ye of little faith" come to my mind daily. If there was a stress level chart I would rank HIGH on it- new state, new place to live, divorce, no job, no computer internet yet.
Sorry to hear about what is going on in your life right now. I hope you can find some peace and comfort soon.
ReplyDeleteHang in there becky! Worry about yourself and take this time to take care of you, enjoy the sun, exercise, call the Relief Society president and ask who you can help. If you stay busy, the hurt will be easier to carry and things will fall into place, but you got to keep moving, keep doing - Avoid the mirror specially after a good cry! There are a lot of us praying for you, and all you need to do is hang in there, one day at a time, only one hour at the time and things will be okay. Love ya, Rachel.
ReplyDeleteBecky, I'm so sorry for the heartache you must feel going through this kind of a loss. I don't know what it's like to go through a divorce, but I've heard people say that the grieving process is much like dealing with someone dieing. I hope you'll give yourself permission to feel whatever you need to feel to go through your grief in a healthy way. But, most of all, I hope you'll be extra kind and gentle with yourself right now... and know that there are many who love you and are supporting you through this with our prayers. You are a wise woman, who has overcome a lot... you will get through this, too. My thoughts are with you.
